Come join us Saturday August 21st, for a great afternoon of food, spirits, good friends and fun on the shores of Smith Mountain Lake for the 2010 Beach Bash. There will be 7 wineries and three microbreweries there with plenty of samples to taste. Plenty of food vendors and the featured band this year is the Fantastic Shakers. This year the sponsors have added a Corvette Show. VCC has negotiated a special price of $10.00 per Corvette. This price includes up to two riders in the Corvette to the Corvette Show and Beach Bash. Corvette Parking will be along the lake. The Corvette Show will have People’s Choice Awards given for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place Corvettes. This is an overnight event accommodations are available at Mariners Landing 800-851-4988 and Days Inn 800-329-7466. We will meet at the WAWA located at 12001 Southshore Pointe Rd., Midlothian, VA 23112 at 11:00am and leave for Bedford at 11:30am and short of a pee stop along the way, we will head for the Days Inn hotel to check in before driving to the Point. The event officially runs from 4:00pm till 9:00pm so we have plenty of time to check in and unload the Vette before heading to the point. If you have any questions call us at 804-920-4094.
