It’s almost time for board member elections and we, your nominating committee, want to provide the opportunity for you to make nominations if you would like to do so.
If you would like to be placed on the ballot, please let us know who you are and what position you would like to run for. The board member positions to be included on the ballot are: president, vice-president, treasurer, recording secretary, corresponding secretary, newsletter editor, historian, sergeant-at-arms, and webmaster.
If you would like to nominate someone for a board member position, please contact the person you would like to nominate to find out if he/she would like to be nominated. If he/she agrees, then contact us with his/her name and the position you are nominating him/her for.
The nominating committee will take nominations through October 24th, 2010. Board member elections will take place during the club meeting on November 12.
