CORVETTE CLUB OF RICHMOND

Saturday August 21st, what a great afternoon, good friends from both CCR & VCC, plenty of  spirits, lots of food. There were 6 members from CCR that joined Sue Ann and I for a quick get-a-way to Smith Mountain Lake for the 2010 Beach Bash.  It was a beautiful day for sampling the wares of  7 wineries and three microbreweries.  Plenty of food vendors and enjoyed the beach sounds of  the Fantastic Shakers.  This year the sponsors have added a Corvette Show to which 75 shiny Corvettes parked along the lake.

This was a great event and I wish to thank John Langdon for the invite. I hope our two clubs continue to work together in support of the sport.
