Everyone is busy and often willing to overlook problems rather that take time to write a detail message. If you look at the bottom of the right column on the Front Page, there’s a new feature that is intended to make reporting problems easier by using a voice message.
eNews replaces CCR Announce today

Today marks the end of CCR Announce with the full implementation of a replacement system that runs on the CCR web site.
